UM. Hello. They’re here. They’re back. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOTS!!! On the blog. I’ve waited a year for thissssssss. LETSSSSSGO!

Not that I’m happy that it’s the last weekend of August or anything. But I am excited for boots. And this post. Which contains combat boots. My latest favorite boot style.

Here are some reasons combat/biker/moto/hiker boots are great:

• they’re comfortable. Because of that thick lug sole. Which adds cushion and comfort to every step.

• they secretly provide extra height. Because they don’t have the look of a heel, but because of the thicker sole, you get an easy extra couple inches without anyone noticing.

• they’re stylish and trending and look great paired with leather trousers and feminine dresses alike.

Above are forty combat boots, pictured in ascending price order. I will not go so far as to say that half of the boots above are under $100. Because they are not. Most of these biker boots are over $100. Some are over $500, in fact. Not many, though. Most of these combat boots fall between the $150-$250 mark.
