One Sweater Dress, 3 Ways
You know by now that I love my knits. Oversized sweaters are one of my favorite things. Anywhere. Ever.
But now, it's time for an upgrade. It's time, my friends, for a knit sweater dress! You get all the comfort and style of a knit sweater but with a few extra inches in length. Actually, you have even more comfort, because you're free to roam around without the bottom part of your outfit. Because a sweater dress has got you covered there - literally. And actually, you have even more style, because a sweater dress is way cooler than a plain sweater. WAY cooler.
So, if there's no jeans, leggings, or skirt requirement when wearing a sweater dress, what should you pair the dress with? With tights! Or no tights! And boots! And accessories! And awesomeness!
Above is the same Rebecca Minkoff sweater dress, styled three different ways. Cuz that's what the title of this post states. And I follow through. And hopefully this guide will be helpful in providing you with some ideas on how to switch things up a bit with any dress you have in your closet.
The first outfit features fancy over-the-knee boots, a fancy scarf, a fancy bracelet, and a fancy handbag. Because, as you might be able to tell by now, this outfit is more on the fancy side.
The second outfit is more casual and pairs the sweater dress with some cute, flatish black booties, a statement choker, simple black tights, and a small blue crossbody bag.
And finally, the third outfit is slightly different in that the sweater dress is cinched with a belt. And then paired with the most perfect black midi boots (which are currently on my feet!!!!), the most perfect pink satchel, and the most perfect pink earrings. Not that I'm picking favorites or anything, but this last outfit is perfect.
On a completely unrelated note, I'm positive:
