Say hello to my furry friends. My faux furry friends. 

Faux fur coats and jackets are the outerwear of the season. Along with shearling. And suede. But we've covered those trends already.

Back to faux fur. It's a big trend. But not just regular faux fur. Funky faux fur.

Designers paraded lots of faux fur jackets and vests and coats down the runway. But most of these faux fur pieces were in bright colors and big patterns. 

And since the designers got funky, so are we. Above you'll find 40 funky faux fur outerwear options. I'm talking bright colors and stripes and flowers and ombre and leopard and patchwork patterns. 

If I'm being honest, I haven't worn a faux fur jacket since the last time they were really big. Which was back when I was in high school. But now I'm considering them again. I mean, c'mon, that 1st coat in the fifth row? I kinda really want it.
