Hello friends.

So. This post actually started out as a “delicate danglers” post. I had this vision to make an entire collage of tiny, huggie-style earrings, the type you wear for second and third and fourth and fifth etc. piercings.

But then I realized that that probably wasn't the best vision to implement, as huggie earrings are slightly too niche a style to make an entire post out of. So I switched to “earring essentials.” Which, truth be told, denotes earring options that are not actually essential (which earrings are essential, at the end of the day), but are more of the unnecessary essentials variety.

Earrings that are unique and special and lovely and different and colorful and beautiful and eccentric and one-of-a-kind. Such earrings are unnecessary essentials.
