It's the first week of May. Not quite the summer yet. But nearing the end of spring. A bit too warm out for a full-on jacket. But not so hot that outerwear is completely out of the question.

Enter: the shirt jacket. A shacket, if you will. 

The shirt jacket is a shirt that doubles as a jacket. Or a jacket that doubles as a shirt. It may also be recognized by an additional name - the over-shirt.

A shirt jacket/shacket/over-shirt allows you to travel from indoors to outdoors and vise versa without needing to add or detract anything to/from your ensemble. Shackets for the convenience winnnnnnn.
